Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 17, 2024, View, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed by Amy Reeves, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, that she will resign from such position effective February 2, 2024. Ms. Reeves will continue to serve the Company as an independent consultant as requested by the Company from time to time. Ms. Reeves’ resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, including accounting principles and practices.
