When Did View Become Publicly Traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market?
View concluded its business combination with CF Finance Acquisition Corp. II (Nasdaq: CFII) (“CF II”), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald, on March 8th, 2021. At closing, the combined company’s name became View, Inc. and the combined entity began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker “VIEW.”
Does View Pay A Dividend?
The payment of cash dividends in the future will be dependent upon View’s revenue and earnings, capital requirements, and general financial condition. The payment of any cash will be within the discretion of View’s Board of Directors. View has not paid dividends to date.
When Can I Exercise My Public Warrants?
Public warrants become exercisable on the later of (a) 30 days after the completion of a business combination or (b) August 31, 2021; provided in each case that the Company has an effective registration statement under the Securities Act covering the shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of the Public Warrants and a current prospectus relating to them is available.
